You should also provide depth in choice or selection of products. It is never recommended that you give no choice for any of the particular product line. Always have more than one substitutes for a particular product. How can we know in advance which brand or product is preferred by our new customer? Always give an option for the customers to leave their feedback. This way you would be better able to know what the majority of customers want from your site and how can you better serve them. A key thing to include is the security and safe of the transactions by the customers. Never compromise on the safety of the transactions that customer do on your site. Pay for good and secure servers to ensure that you are never let down. This way you would be able to increase your profits by increasing the effective traffic on your website.
